- Officially registered NJISRA as a new legal entity at both the State of New Jersey and Federal (IRS) levels. Original NJ business registration was revoked in 2000.
- Ramsey High School's new ski team application - Approved
- General Liability Insurance via Sadler - Approved To Purchase
- Team and Athlete Fees for 2025-26 - Set and Approved
- Fall Meeting Vote Procedures - Votes will be conducted by a show of hands.

- Team Requirement: All teams must be administered as an interscholastic winter sport of their school, with the same approval, oversight, and requirements as other varsity sports.
Mahwah & Morris Knolls operated as independent teams outside of their Schools
Northern Valley Demarest operated as a club program outside of their Athletic Department - Ramsey High School's new ski team application receives preliminary EC approval, subject to final approval at the next EC meeting.
- Require a Certificate of Insurance naming NJISRA as additional insured from all participating schools
September 14, 2025, 7pm Virtual EC Meeting Agenda: Fee Structure
- FEES: At a minimum, each school is required to pay NJISRA league fees for one (1) Varsity Ski Team and three (3) athlete fees.
- 2026 State Championship Team Fee - $400 per team per gender (covers both races). Based on holding the event at Mt Creek.
- 2026 Race Of Champions Athlete Fee - $100 per racer. Based on holding the event at Mt Creek.
- Article V DUES - Qualified.
Formula to calculate Team and Athlete fees was approved and adopted. All League Fees are to be structured to cover their associated costs, including league operating expenses.
Team fees are intended to cover the costs of race events, athlete fees cover training expenses, and championship fees cover the costs of their respective race events.

- Code of Conduct Form - Approved and posted Code Of Conduct Form
- NJSIAA - NJISRA dropped from NJSIAA Rules & Regulations in 2023-24 season. NJSIAA stated skiing was never sanctioned. Confirmed Official not covered by NJSIAA insurance since 2023-24.
- Non-Profit Organization Status / Initial Tax Filing - Intend to complete at fiscal year-end with full accounting records
