NJISRA ByLaws

The NJISRA strives to make available to its members information about our current Alpine Competition Regulations and Bylaws, as well as any changes that occur from year to year.

In 2025, the NJISRA separated the Alpine Competition Regulations (ACR) and the Bylaws into two separate documents. The Alpine Competition Regulations (ACR) for each season are a comprehensive list of Rules for Athletes to review and abide by through the competitive season. To provide transparency and clarity for our membership, we provide a change log that highlights the updates made each year to the ACR and BYLAWS.

Article V DUES - Qualified.
Formula to calculate Team and Athlete fees was adopted. All League Fees are to be structured to cover their associated costs.
Team fees cover race events, athlete fees cover training, and championships cover their respective race events.

September 9, 2025

Article IX (Code of Ethics) - Removed.
The new mission statement represents the organization's ethics.
Article V - Dues - Payment Policy - Added to Item #2
60-day terms approved, with possible 10% late fee
Voting Assembly Meetings - Qualified
Added a limitation to an authorized school representative in person

Co-operative Teams - Stipulate
Not permitted
New Form Requirements - Waiver and Release, and Code of Conduct Added
Athletes, Coaches, Officials, and Participants are required to complete both forms
