| October 14th, 6 pm | Attend NJISRA Fall Meeting | An authorized school representative (Coach, AD, or Principal) must attend. |
| November 15th | Last day to order NJISRA School Bibs | Email ec@njisra.org |
| December 1st | Submit Membership Renewal Application Form | Ensure a complete and signed form is submitted to NJISRA. |
| Submit Team Roster | Include all athletes and coaches for the season. | |
| Last day to purchase the discounted Mountain Creek Racer Pass $219.99 | Check with your coach for the purchase link, access code, pin, and instructions. | |
| January 1st | Pay all team and athlete fees | Confirm full payment to NJISRA. |
| Submit Waiver of Release & Code of Conduct | Required for all athletes and coaches. | |
| Provide High School Certificate of Insurance | Must name NJISRA as additional insured. | |
| Update HSSkiReg Team Roster | Ensure all athletes are listed accurately. | |
| February 17th, 11am | Deadline to submit Senior Scholarship Application | Email scholarship@njisra.org |
