The NJISRA 2026 Spring Meeting will include a year-in-review presentation covering league advancements, transparency initiatives, rule and policy updates, sustainability efforts, improved procedures, athlete development, mountain partnerships, and higher standards for competition and operations. We will also review offseason organizational work, discuss next steps for the league, and address questions from member schools.
A vote will be conducted to approve the proposed updates to the NJISRA By-Laws and to elect the Executive Council under the new staggered terms of office structure. View the proposed amended By-Laws with Change Log.
EC Election: The ballot will include all seven Executive Council positions and will reflect that John Fico will be running against incumbent Jim Backman for the Vice President position. The three new At-Large Director positions will include six of the following seven individuals, depending on the outcome of the Vice President election: Jim Backman, John Fico, Robert Lincoln, Matt Majka, Lucas Masi, Steve Mones & Andrew Morris.
Attendance & Voting:
- All teams are expected to be represented.
- Voting is limited to one vote per NJISRA school and must be cast by an authorized school representative attending either in person or virtually via special arrangements.
- If the authorized representative is someone other than last season’s Head Coach, please email the Executive Council at ec@njisra.org at least one week in advance with the name of the school representative.
