Thank you to everyone who made this past season such a success. From our athletes and families to our coaches, officials, mountain representatives, hill crews, and Executive Council, your dedication, sportsmanship, and commitment made this year truly exceptional.
This season would not have been possible without the countless hours of hard work from our coaches, those who were first to arrive, last to leave, and always willing to step in and support in any capacity. Your commitment to the league went above and beyond, and we are sincerely grateful. A special thank you to Mountain Creek, Winter4Kids, and Mount Peter, who were instrumental in collaborating with us throughout the season.
This season marked meaningful progress for our league, with the introduction of progressive training environments, a more collaborative coaching approach, and highly competitive all-league races. Along the way, we also worked to improve efficiency, transparency, and fairness for all teams and athletes by clarifying rules and procedures to better support a more enjoyable and sustainable future. We will continue to look for ways to develop stronger athletes and advance alpine racing as a team sport.
We appreciate the energy and passion across the league, and the continued support that helps grow interscholastic ski racing in New Jersey. This season showcased not only strong competition, but also the camaraderie and character that define the NJISRA.
Wishing everyone a safe and enjoyable off-season, and continued success in all that lies ahead. We look forward to seeing you back on the hill next year.
