2026-27 Season Checklist

The NJISRA 2026-27 Team Checklist and deadlines are currently being finalized. The information below is preliminary and subject to change. Final deadlines and requirements will be posted once approved.

  Submit High School Certificate of Insurance (COI)  Must name NJISRA as additional insured along with required wording, see https://njisra.org/teams/insurance. Submit to executivecouncil@njisra.org
October 26th 6pm Attend NJISRA Fall Meeting An authorized school representative (Coach, AD, or Principal) must attend.
  Submit NJISRA Billing Form Note: Deadline to submit invoice is December 1st
November 10th Last day to order NJISRA School Bibs - Approx. $35 each Email ec@njisra.org
December 1st Submit Team Roster - Email ec@njisra.org Include all athletes (list by gender) and coaches for the season.
  Deadline to submit School Invoice to NJISR Link to NJISRA Billing Form Invoice Generator
  Last day to purchase the discounted Mountain Creek Racer Pass $TBD Check with your coach for the purchase link, access code, pin, and instructions.

  Submit W4K Venue Agreement, COI, & Roster Email to Jessica.shandor@winter4kids.org
  CONFERENCE C TEAMS ONLY! Submit COI & Roster to Mt Peter Email to rlincoln@donboscoprep.org
January 1st Pay all team and athlete fees Confirm full payment to NJISRA.
Submit Waiver of Release & Code of Conduct Required for all athletes and coaches.
February 17th, 11am Deadline to submit Senior Scholarship Application Email scholarship@njisra.org
